Villa Grunewald

A 1960s villa in Berlin-Grunewald — three floors, 390 m², fully reimagined. The basement was transformed into a fitness and wellness level with pool, kitchen and lounge. The ground floor was opened up around a fireplace and dining room. Private rooms and two bathrooms occupy the upper floor.
