Residential
Dortmunder Straße, Berlin
A heavily dated 1980s apartment in Berlin’s Westfälisches Viertel. The floor plan was restructured to open up the space and improve flow between rooms. The bathroom was rebuilt from scratch. A bespoke fitted kitchen — made to measure by a Berlin joiner — brought both character and precision to the heart of the flat. A restrained palette of light tones, combined with newly laid parquet throughout, gives the apartment a warmth that feels considered rather than decorative.
